National Leasing Holding: The EGM Endorses items on it’s agenda
National Leasing Holding announces the results of the EGM. The meeting was held on 20/02/2022 and the following resolution were approved
· EGM agenda of Alijarah Holding.
1- Amend the article of association as follows:
a. Amendment to Articles 26, 39,41 and 42.
b. Adding Articles 14, 40,43 and 44.
