Alijarah Holding Company (ALH)Q.P.S.C. is a public shareholding company incorporated in the State of Qatar in accordance with resolution No. 35 issued on 21 April 2003 by the Ministry of Business and Trade. The Company is registered under commercial registration No. 26487 and is governed by the provisions of the Qatar Commercial Companies’ Law No. 11 of 2015. The registered office of the Company is located at ‘D’ Ring Road, Doha, State of Qatar. The Company’s shares are publicly traded at the Qatar Exchange.
The Company’s issued and fully paid up share capital QR.494,802,000 comprising of fully paid 494,802,000 shares.
