Disclosure about ceasing the taxi operation

We are pleased to inform you that Alijarah Holding Board of Directors agreed to cease the Taxi Operation.

This is due to many reasons, including the losses in the past years, and the latest consequences of the Corona Virus pandemic (Covid-19), which led to an increase loss on the company and the depletion of its shareholders’ rights. For those reasons, and to preserve the rights of shareholders, and in order to avoid additional losses that the company may incur in the coming years the Board of Directors decided to cease the taxi operation effective 31 December 2020.
