In October 2024, Alijarah AL Mobtkara AL Aqariya announced the launch of its inaugural residential development in Al-Rawdah District of Jeddah. Spanning approximately 5,095.5 square meters and representing a total investment of QAR 55 million (approximately USD 15 million), the project marks a significant milestone in the company’s regional expansion.
