Alijarah Holding Company Q.P.S.C. is a public shareholding company incorporated in the State of Qatar in accordance with resolution No. 35 issued on 21 April 2003 by the Ministry of Economy and Trade. The Company is registered in the Commercial Register under the No. 26487 and is governed by the provisions of the Qatar Commercial Companies’ Law No. 11 of 2015. The Company’s shares are publicly traded at Qatar Exchange.
The Company’s issued and fully paid up share capital is QR.494,802,000 comprising of fully paid 494,802,000 shares.
